Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee registration for Camp since spots are limited. Current submissions are for 2023’s Camp Willow events but will also allow access to Camp Willow Community events throughout the year. Our Camp Willow Community is a group of past Campers, future Campers, and their families that gather at events organized by Camp Willow to build and enjoy community and further services.

Please note that a clinical diagnosis for the child being submitted is required in order to be considered for Camp, and proof from a healthcare provider may be requested.*

Registration Steps:

Submit Application
Be on the lookout for Camp Willow staff reaching out to you via email with more information.
After further consultation, if requirements are met and occupancy is not filled, release forms will be emailed to you to fill out.
Once release forms are received, a detailed schedule will be sent to you with a confirmed spot.
If occupancy is filled, our office will notify you via email and add you to our waitlist.
